NATIONAL ORDERS (Spain and Portugal)

For all peninsular orders, delivery times are 2-3 working days from the time you place your order. 

For orders to the Balearic Islands, delivery times are 4-5 working days from the time you place your order. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, delivery times depend on the shipping method you select (Standard or Express).

Please note that the times indicated are from the time the carrier picks up your order.

Order preparation time may vary between 3-4 working days. The delivery time indicated in the shipping method starts counting from the time the carrier picks up your order.

Shipping costs are 3,90€ for domestic orders, and free of charge for orders over 100€. 

These shipping costs include both size and model changes. 

Shipping costs for orders outside Spain depend on the destination.

(We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Madeira and Azores)

To change the country of destination simply go to the bottom of the web and select the country where you want to send your order.

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Bizum as payment methods. 

You can also pay with Apple Pay, as long as you access from the Safari browser. And finally, you have available the Klarna electronic financing tool, with which you can buy on the spot, and pay later in 3 installments.

If you try to choose the out of stock size of the product you want, just above will appear a section so you can leave your email and we will notify you when it is available again. It may be because that model is restocked, or because there is an exchange or return of that size. 

If you are still in a hurry, you can ask our Happiness team in case there is a product restocking around here.

To know the availability of any product in any of our stores, we recommend that you contact them directly to confirm their availability. Here you have information of all our stores. 

If you have searched and called all our stores looking for a super out of stock or discontinued product, and have had no luck in your search, contact the Happiness team here, and we will put all the eyes we have to search our warehouses for you.

Unfortunately we are not the same team, and we cannot do that. To make an exchange or a return from a store that is not official, you will have the conditions of purchase and return of that store, and contact them. 

CODE OR GIFT CARD

If you have a discount code, you can use it at the end of the order (before finishing the payment). And you have two options to apply it: In the first step to finalize your order you will see a drop-down with the summary of the order where you will find a section to put the discount code; or before filling in the payment details, the box to put the discount code will appear again. 

You will always have to check the "use" button for it to be applied correctly. 

Only one discount code can be used per purchase. These are not cumulative with promotional periods or other discount codes. 

If you meet the conditions of purchase for the use of the discount code, and you are within the dates of use of the discount code, make the purchase without adding any discount and contact happiness here to modify your order and make the refund of what corresponded to the discount.

This will be because you did not finish registering when you signed up, or you have forgotten your password.

ORDER STATUS

You should receive an email with order tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. 

Almost always the shipping company sends you an e-mail so you can see the tracking. 

All these mails usually arrive to the SPAM folder, check in case they have been filtered. 

If you can't find any email with this information, please contact the Happiness team here and they will help you as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Requesting a change with us is very easy. 

You have to fill in the following form and follow the indications, and in 24-48 hours the Happiness team will answer you by mail with the indications to do it. 

From that moment, and if everything goes correctly, in 2-3 days you will receive the shoe you order with the carrier, and that same day the same carrier will pick up the shoes you don't want :)

Requesting a refund with us is super easy.

You have to fill in the following form andfollow the instructions, and in 24-48 hours the Happines team will answer you by mail with the instructions to do it. 

The return can be processed as: Pick up at your home, shipping on your own or leaving the package in one of our official stores.

To prepare your exchange, all you have to do is return the package to us as you received it. The shoes box inside the black shipping box and the packing slip (which is a sticker) inside the box (No need to stick it on the black box, the courier will have the corresponding shipping sticker).

The exchange request and management is completely free of charge and can be processed at home or in one of our official stores.

The management of returns have a cost of 3.90 € or 3.50 € (depending on which method of return you choose) if you prefer we will take care of it. We take care of the collection at the address you specify and return the order to our warehouse. If, on the other hand, you prefer to process the shipment yourself, we will not charge any amount, just as if you process the return in one of our stores, it has no cost.

If it is a price difference in your favor, which is when you prefer a lower priced product, we will make a normal exchange, and once we receive the shoes you do not want, we will proceed to refund you in the same way the original payment was made. 

If it is a price difference in our favor, which is when you prefer a higher priced product, prior to confirming the change we will send you the information to pay us the difference by paypal or bank transfer. 

You have 365 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return a product. 

The only requirement to exchange or return the product is that it must be clean, unused and in perfect condition.

REVENI RETURNS

Yes, but don't worry because it is very simple by following the steps in the form.

The way to get your money refunded immediately is by bank transfer, as due to GDPR Reveni does not have access to your original payment method. 

Reveni scrupulously complies with the GDPR and has a strict internal security policy to keep your data safe at all times. 

When you accept the terms and conditions by filling out the return or exchange request form, you agree that Reveni may contact you. 

They will contact you when 30 days have passed since the instant refund is made and we have not received the product you are returning. 

HOW TO USE REVENI?

The service offered by Reveni in receiving the money instantly is free of charge. It will have no impact on your refund.

Refunds are made immediately, in less than 60 seconds you will have the money in your bank account. 

Make sure that inside the bank account you are seeing all the movements, and not only those of the card.

Wait for the confirmation email from the Happiness team where you will receive the date of pick-up and the indications to follow. 

You would be in breach of Reveni's terms and conditions. You will have to contact our Happiness team here or by replying to the email where we sent you the return steps, so that we can cancel the refund, and the Reveni team will send you the instructions to pay for the unreturned product. 

After the 30 days you have from the time the return is ordered until our warehouse team receives it, the Reveni team will contact you because you have not complied with the conditions of the immediate refund, and they will instruct you on the process for you to return the money advanced to them.

If you send us a product that does not meet the requirements, we will contact you to explain that we cannot accept that product, justifying the reason with photos, and in turn Reveni will contact you to return the money they charged you; once you make that charge we will proceed to return the unaccepted merchandise.
