You have 365 days to make changes for FREE.

Purchases made on our website CAN BE EXCHANGED IN STORE.

Purchases made in our stores CAN BE EXCHANGED ON WEBSITE.

To process the exchange of an order, it must be done through our returns and exchanges portal,

Once the form is completed, the happiness team will respond to you within 24-48 hours, with the steps to follow. 

If there is no incident, the delivery person delivers the requested item and will pick up the unwanted item at the same time.

Returns

You have 365 days to return your order through our returns and exchanges portal. 

All those products purchased during the sales campaign with a discount equal to or greater than 60%, cataloged as "LAST CHANCE" items are subject to a special policy of exchanges and returns and may not be returned. Exchanges will only be accepted for another size of the same model or for another model with a higher price, paying the corresponding difference.

The returns management has a price of 3,90€ at home, and 3,50€ at the collection point, which is the cost of the management of collection and transfer to our warehouse.

This amount will be subtracted from the reimbursement of the products being returned.

The customer can make the return by managing on their own, previously choosing that shipping method in the return form. Once you request the return, you will receive by email the steps to follow, along with the address to send it to.

Purchases made on our website CAN BE RETURNED IN STORE (free of charge).

Purchases made in our stores CAN BE RETURNED ON SITE.

The refund can be instant choice by Reveni, or will be made in the same payment method in which the purchase was made. You will receive your money in about 5 working days (depending on your bank) from the moment we receive the goods in our warehouses.

For shipping you can reuse the box you received it in, put the original packing slip inside, and reseal it.

Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

The cost of international returns depends on the amount of the purchase, the destination country and the weight of the order, and is usually (approximately) between 15% and 20% of the total purchase.

Please note that the amount will be subtracted from the refund of the product you are returning.

Shipping costs for the initial order will not be refunded.
