CAMPAIGN "SUMMER SALES 2024".
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The "Pre-sales" campaign consists of a discount on the original prices of the products purchased atwww.pompeiibrand.com from Sunday, June 23rd, 2024 at 20:30 to Sunday, September 1st, 2024 at 23:59:00, and in official Pompeii stores (See "Our stores" section): https://www.pompeiibrand.com/pages/tiendas).
All those products that are purchased during this period of time with a discount on their original price will be subject to a special policy of changes and returns.
During this campaign, no additional discount can be applied to the price of the discounted product. That is to say, discounts are not cumulative. In addition, during this promotion certain items will not be subject to the promotion and will not have any discount on their original price.
All those products purchased during the sales campaign with a discount equal to or greater than 60%, cataloged as "LAST CHANCE" items are subject to a special policy of exchanges and returns and may not be returned.
Exchanges will only be accepted for another size of the same model or for another model with a higher price, paying the corresponding difference.
Changes
Products purchased in the "Summer Sale 2024" campaign may only be exchanged for other products also belonging to the "Summer Sale 2024" campaign.
Any request to change the model or size of products purchased during the "Summer Sale 2024" campaign is subject to prior availability of the new product requested (as the products are discounted, it is possible that the model or size requested may be out of stock and it may not be possible to complete the change request).
In case of any price difference in favor of the customer, the exchange will be processed keeping the price difference, and this difference will be refunded by the same payment method when we receive the returned merchandise.
In case of any price difference against the customer, the customer will be offered to pay the difference by two ways: bank transfer or PayPal. The current price of the requested item will always be respected.
In order to be changed, the products must be in perfect condition, clean, unused, and retain their original packaging.
If it is not possible to make the requested change due to lack of availability, the product will be returned in exchange for the final amount paid for the product, excluding the amount paid for "Shipping costs" if it had been paid in the initial order.
The exchange service offered in these general conditions is free of charge.
Returns
Products purchased in the "Summer Sale 2024" campaign are subject to a special return policy.
In order to be returned, the products must be in perfect condition, clean, unused, and retain their original packaging.
In any case, when requesting a return, only the final amount paid for the products will be refunded, excluding the amount paid for "Shipping and Handling" in case it was paid in the initial order.
All products purchased during the sales campaign with a discount equal to or greater than 60%, classified as "LAST CHANCE" items are non-returnable.
DISCOUNT CODE NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The welcome discount code will not be applicable to other offers or discounts already applied on the website, such as sales or exclusive promotions.
The minimum purchase is 10€.
BLACK FRIDAY 2023" CAMPAIGN

No additional discount on the price of the reduced product may be applied during this campaign. In other words, discounts are not cumulative.
Conditions of access to the promotion
During the period from Saturday, November 19 at 23:59 to Sunday, November 20 at 13:00:00, the website will be closed for the exclusive use of customers who have previously registered through one of the spaces available on our website. They will be able to access with a code that will be sent to the same email address used to register.
At the end of this period, on Sunday, November 20 at 13:00, the campaign will be available to all users.
Changes
