Care of split leather

To take care of your Pompeii suede shoes, it is best to apply a suede protector to the shoe before you start wearing it.

For surface stains, we recommend our crepe, which acts just like an eraser. Once the stain is dry, wipe the crepe over it and the stain disappears (it will remove all surface stains except grease and oil).

For stains that have been there for a while, we recommend our Suede Refinish Spray. It is important to apply it to the entire shoe, on both shoes.

It is very easy to use:

1. Removing the shoelaces from the shoe 
2. Remove any dust from the shoe with a super dry microfibre cloth!
3. Apply the spray 15 cm (or so) from the shoe, all over the surface of the leather. 
4. Comb and scrub with the brush all over the slipper
5. Leave to dry in a dry place out of direct sunlight. 
6. Once they are dry, put the laces on, and that's it!

Just don't put your Pompeii in the washing machine - they can shrink and spoil!
