THE MOTHER WHO BORE YOU" CAMPAIGN

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The "La madre que te parió" (The mother who bore you) campaign consists of discounting the original prices of products purchased at www.pompeiibrand.com from Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 20:00:00 to Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 23:59:00, and in official Pompeiibrand stores. (See section "Our stores": https://www.pompeiibrand.com/pages/tiendas) from April 24, 2021 to Sunday April 2, 2021.

All those products that are purchased during this period of time with a discount on their original price will be subject to a special policy of changes and returns.

No additional discount on the price of the reduced product may be applied during this campaign. In other words, discounts are not cumulative.

In addition, during this promotion, accessories (laces, socks, crepe and spray) and the HIGBY SUN collection will not have any discount on their original price and no promotional code can be applied to them.

Changes

The exchange period is 365 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order or from the day of purchase and can be made through the website or in any of the official shops of Pompeii:

Madrid: C/Fuencarral 53, 28004 Madrid.

Seville: C/Sierpes 47, 41004 Sevilla.

Valencia: C/ Jorge Juan 3, 46004, Valencia.

Málaga: C/Nueva, 29005 Málaga

In order for a product to be exchanged, it must be in perfect condition (unused) and keep its original packaging, as well as the delivery note or purchase receipt.

In the event of a size change, the discount applied to the product purchased at the time of purchase will be maintained. Size changes are subject to availability. 

If an exchange of a different product than the one initially purchased (change of model and/or colour) is requested, this will be subject to the price of the new product at the time the exchange is requested. 

If it is not possible to change the size requested, for any reason, the product will be returned in exchange for the final amount paid by the customer, excluding the costs paid for "Shipping". 

The exchange service offered in these general conditions is free of charge.

Returns

The return period is 365 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order or from the day of purchase and can be made through the website or at any of the official Pompeii shops. In order to be returned, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and keep its original packaging, as well as the purchase receipt. 

In any case, when requesting a return, the final amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding the amount paid for "shipping costs" in the initial order.

The return service offered in these general conditions is free of charge.
